TECHNICAL SERGEANT MOLLY SHEPHERD

TSgt Molly L. Shepherd is The Water and Fuels Sub Activity Management Plan Manager in the Requirements and Optimizations section for the 1st Special Operations Civil Engineering Squadron, Hurlburt Field Florida. She manages preventative maintenance and major project planning for 1,355 facilities. TSgt Shepherd is responsible for the accountability and optimization of $4.5 Billion dollars in Air Force infrastructure.

Technical Sergeant Shepherd enlisted in August 2011 from Concord, Michigan. Upon completion of Basic Military Training, she went on to Water and Fuel Systems Maintenance Technical Training. After graduating from Technical Training in March 2012, she moved to her first duty station at Hurlburt Field, Florida. Leading the way in multiple squadron and wing organizations, she is a pinnacle example of a multi-capable Airman. TSgt Shepherd closely works with and leads multiple career fields every day within the Requirements and Optimizations section. Her drive, ambition, and adaptable nature, paired with a positive attitude, allow her to excel when placed in any situation. Technical Sergeant Shepherd is a leader, mentor and wingman amongst peers and values those around her.
